I am a Retreat Leader who teaches yoga, stand up paddle boarding retreats across the country, backpacking, and guided hiking and foraging tours! I'm currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area but I offer Retreats in Florida and other areas of the country! When I'm not leading retreats or yoga classes, you can find me hiking with my pup Sunny, camping, foraging, swimming, or making an amazing meal in the kitchen!
