My name is Dragos Ciolan, and I am currently based in Italy. I am a highly motivated and open-minded individual with a deep passion for exploring new cultures, opportunities, and personal development. As a recent graduate of Charles Lindbergh Academy, I have acquired a diverse skill set and experiences that I consider to be highly transferable across various work environments. My journey has been one of continuous growth and learning, from starting as a dishwasher, waiter, and bartender, to gaining experience in construction and office work. This diverse background has provided me with a unique perspective on life and relationships, which I believe is a valuable asset. During my professional journey, I have spent over 2.5 years in the field of sales, honing my cross-functional skills. I have excelled in areas such as team management, effective communication, international relations, strategic sales, team building, recruitment, and leadership. Notably, I had the opportunity to lead and inspire a team of over 40 sales professionals, consistently achieving revenue growth and exceeding organizational objectives as a young sales manager. Also during my sales journey I've gained valuable insights into the importance of personal branding and online marketing by achieving over 3 million views, 500,000 likes and 90,000 followers on my personal TikTok page. I am deeply passionate about video and photo making, a passion that I have nurtured since my childhood. I have developed skills in video and photo editing through software such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, Vegas Pro, and FL Studio. This creative journey has allowed me to master various creative endeavors, including writing, filming, directing, and music design.
